Fit analysis
The candidate possesses exceptional full-stack development skills, complex data pipeline experience, and a proven ability to build scalable B2B systems. However, the job requires deep, advanced expertise in the Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform ecosystem (C#, ASP.NET), which is entirely absent from their resume.
Where you fit
- Full-stack development proficiency: Expertise across Next.js, React, Node.js, and JavaScript demonstrates capability to build complex user interfaces and backends.
- Complex API Integration & Web APIs: Experience integrating multiple third-party APIs (e.g., Authorize.net, Hasura) shows strong ability to connect disparate systems required for CRM solutions.
- Data Modeling and Management: Proficient with PostgreSQL and GraphQL (Hasura), demonstrating advanced skills in structuring, managing, and retrieving complex enterprise data flows.
- B2B E-commerce Workflow Optimization: Architecting headless B2B Shopify storefronts and integrating custom product configurators led to a measurable 30% improvement in quote accuracy, directly relevant to sales process optimization.
- System Architecture & Reliability: Experience establishing telemetry pipelines for 1,800+ assets and designing infrastructure rollouts ensures high-availability systems with zero disruption.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate across time zones and manage complex integrations (e.g., bridging WooCommerce/WordPress with Hasura) shows strong stakeholder management skills.
Where you may struggle
- Dynamics CRM/Power Platform Expertise: The job requires advanced expertise in Dynamics CRM customization and plugin development, which is not mentioned anywhere on the resume and represents a critical domain knowledge gap.
- C# and ASP.NET Proficiency: The role mandates strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET for core development tasks; the candidate's background is exclusively JavaScript/TypeScript/Rust focused.
- SQL Server Specific Skills: While the candidate uses PostgreSQL, the job specifically requires solid experience with SQL Server and T-SQL data modeling concepts, which are distinct from other relational databases.
- XML Handling: The JD lists XML as a required skill for customization; there is no evidence of working with or generating XML structures in the resume.
- Entity Framework Experience: Familiarity with Entity Framework (Microsoft's ORM) is listed, and this specific framework was not demonstrated through any database experience shown.
