Senior Software Engineer Daily Responsibilities: Play a key role within the development team, contributing to the delivery of reliable, high‑quality software products. Take full ownership of your work, driving projects from initial concept through successful completion. Partner closely with both technical and non‑technical colleagues to ensure features and fixes are delivered efficiently and on schedule. Engage in architecture and design conversations, offering thoughtful input that enhances system scalability, reliability, and performance. Champion strong engineering practices, including thorough code reviews, comprehensive testing, clear documentation, and consistent adherence to code quality standards. Work Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent hands‑on experience. Strong proficiency (6+ years) in React, React Native, Next.js, Express, and Postgres, with a track record of building scalable, distributed systems and modern web applications. Experience working with: Consumer‑facing websites and mobile applications Amazon AWS Terraform, Go, Docker, and Bitbucket Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally and dive deep into technical details when needed. Solid grasp of core software engineering principles and system architecture, with the ability to help refine product requirements and translate them into actionable tickets. A curious mindset and eagerness to continue growing your skills. Familiarity with the healthcare industry or prior experience in health tech is a plus.
