Full Stack Developer III
FedEx Freight · Memphis, TN, USA · USD83799-160894/yearly · via jobspy:linkedin
Fit analysis
The candidate possesses strong senior-level full-stack expertise in modern web architectures (Next.js, React, Rust) and complex data integration, matching the 'Developer III' seniority level. However, there is a significant technical mismatch as the job heavily requires deep experience within the Java/Springboot ecosystem, which is not evident on the resume.
Where you fit
- Full-Stack Development & Multiple Languages: Proficient in architecting solutions using Next.js, React, Node.js, and Rust, demonstrating versatility across modern stacks.
- Complex System Architecture: Proven ability to design and deploy high-availability systems, such as the real-time SaaS platform (Colony Watch) monitoring 1,800+ assets.
- Data Integration & Backend Expertise: Expert in handling complex data flows using GraphQL (Hasura), PostgreSQL, and integrating live blockchain nodes into enterprise workflows.
- B2B E-commerce Architecture: Extensive experience building headless B2B portals using Next.js/Shopify, including managing custom product configurators and optimizing sales workflows.
- Operational Process Optimization: Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business improvements, such as optimizing B2B quote accuracy by 30% and ensuring zero disruption during infrastructure rollouts.
Where you may struggle
- Java Ecosystem Expertise: The job requires expert knowledge of Java 17+, Springboot 3+, and Apache Tomcat. The candidate's experience is focused on JavaScript/Rust, creating a major risk in contributing to the core technology stack.
- Enterprise Messaging & Middleware: Missing specific experience with JMS or Apache Kafka (Messaging), which are key components for large-scale enterprise communication pipelines.
- Build Automation Tools: No demonstrated experience with Maven or Gradle, which are listed as required build automation tools for this role. This could impede integration into existing CI/CD processes.
- Enterprise Infrastructure Components: Lack of shown experience with specialized networking and scheduling tools like F5 Load Balancers, 1-Automation (Batch Job Scheduler), or Digicert SSH Certificates.
