Fit analysis
The candidate possesses exceptional full-stack development skills and deep domain expertise in B2B e-commerce and complex data integration. The primary gaps relate to explicitly demonstrating large-scale team leadership (10+ members) and specific cloud infrastructure experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Where you fit
- Full Stack Development: Proven proficiency across the stack using Next.js, React, Node.js, JavaScript, and Rust, demonstrated in multiple roles (e.g., Data Technician / Developer @ Abit Corp LLC; Frontend Engineer @ SCP Corp LLC).
- B2B E-commerce Architecture: Extensive experience architecting high-performance headless B2B storefronts using Next.js/Shopify, including managing complex product configurators and sales workflows (Lead Web Developer & Marketing Strategist @ Brooking Technologies).
- Complex Data Integration: Strong background in integrating disparate systems using GraphQL (Hasura), PostgreSQL, and live blockchain nodes to centralize data for enterprise use cases (Frontend Engineer @ SCP Corp LLC).
- Operational Improvement: Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business outcomes, such as optimizing B2B quote accuracy by 30% and ensuring zero disruption during large-scale infrastructure rollouts.
- Database Management: Experience designing and managing complex e-commerce data flows using PostgreSQL for centralized customer account management and billing (Frontend Engineer @ SCP Corp LLC; Developer & Program Manager @ Mission Ready Solutions).
Where you may struggle
- Team Leadership Scale: The job requires experience leading cross-functional engineering teams of 10+ members, which is not explicitly detailed in the resume's leadership roles.
- Cloud Platform Experience: The JD requires 5+ years implementing solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP. While infrastructure scaling is mentioned, specific platform expertise and certifications are missing.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Although deployment experience is shown, there is no explicit mention of designing or managing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for enterprise platforms.
- Automated Testing Frameworks: The preferred qualifications list advanced automated testing frameworks (e.g., RestAssured, Selenium), which are not mentioned.
