Fit analysis

The candidate possesses strong full-stack architecture skills, deep experience with complex data integration, and proven ability to manage large-scale infrastructure rollouts. However, the job requires specific expertise in the Microsoft stack (.NET/C#/.NET Core) and MS SQL Server, which are entirely absent from the resume, representing a significant technical risk.

Where you fit

  • Full-Stack Development: Proficient across multiple modern stacks (Next.js, React, Node.js, Rust), demonstrating versatility in building complex applications.
  • Data Integration & Modeling: Extensive experience integrating disparate systems using GraphQL (Hasura) and managing data flows between PostgreSQL and blockchain nodes, meeting the need for robust data-layer development.
  • Enterprise Architecture: Proven ability to architect high-performance B2B headless portals (Next.js/Shopify), showing capability in designing solutions for large organizational workflows.
  • Infrastructure & Reliability: Experience designing and implementing scalable power and network infrastructure with zero disruption, directly addressing the need for improving deployment quality and infrastructure resiliency.
  • API Development: Built robust integrations bridging multiple systems using APIs (e.g., WooCommerce/Hasura), demonstrating capability in both providing and consuming RESTful API services.

Where you may struggle

  • Core Technology Stack Mismatch: The job requires deep experience with C# and .NET Core, which are not mentioned anywhere on the resume, representing a critical gap for this specific enterprise role.
  • Database Specificity: While proficient in PostgreSQL, there is no demonstrated experience with MS SQL Server, specifically writing T-SQL (stored procedures, triggers, functions), which is a core requirement of the job.
  • Front-End Frameworks: The JD lists Angular and jQuery as required front-end technologies; the candidate's focus is heavily on React/Next.js, leaving no evidence of experience with these specific frameworks.
  • Scripting Specificity: While infrastructure work suggests scripting ability, there is no explicit mention or example of using Batch or shell scripting for automating manual operations, which is a required responsibility.
