Fit analysis
The candidate is an exceptionally strong full-stack engineer with deep B2B and IoT experience, but the role requires specialized native mobile development expertise (iOS/Swift) and consulting delivery management that are not demonstrated on the resume.
Where you fit
- Full-stack proficiency in building high-performance B2B e-commerce portals using Next.js and React (Brooking Technologies, SCP Corp LLC).
- Experience architecting real-time SaaS platforms for monitoring complex physical assets (Abit Corp's Colony Watch, 1,800+ machines), demonstrating strong IoT/telemetry pipeline skills.
- Expertise in integrating complex data systems using GraphQL (Hasura) and managing multiple third-party APIs (SCP Corp LLC).
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end B2B commerce workflows, including product catalog management, billing integration, and optimizing sales channels across various platforms (Brooking Technologies, Mission Ready Solutions).
- Demonstrated leadership in technical delivery by leading rapid launches and complex system rollouts with zero disruption.
Where you may struggle
- Native iOS Development: The resume lacks any experience with Swift or Objective-C, which is the primary required skill for this role.
- Android Architecture Guidance: There is no evidence of defining, reviewing, or guiding Android application architecture discussions.
- Mobile CI/CD Pipelines: No mention of setting up or managing mobile continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines (e.g., Fastlane, App Store Connect automation).
- Global Team Management: While the candidate mentions collaborating across time zones, there is no explicit experience leading day-to-day execution, code reviews, or work planning for large, distributed offshore engineering teams (US/India/Mexico).
