Fit analysis
The candidate possesses exceptional full-stack development skills, deep data integration experience, and a proven ability to build complex B2B automation systems. However, the primary gap is the lack of direct domain knowledge in electrical engineering, CAD/PLM tools, or transformer design processes.
Where you fit
- Full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Demonstrated ability to develop, test, debug, and deploy complex applications using multiple modern stacks (Next.js, Rust, Node.js), meeting the core requirement of maintaining and updating software.
- Data Pipeline & Real-Time Systems: Engineered telemetry pipelines for 1,800+ physical assets (Abit Corp), showing expertise in handling continuous data streams critical for monitoring and operational design input.
- Database Interaction & Data Modeling: Extensive experience with PostgreSQL, Hasura, and GraphQL to manage complex relationships and centralize data from disparate sources (SCP Corp).
- B2B Workflow Automation: Architected high-performance B2B portals using Next.js/Shopify, integrating custom configurators that improved business process efficiency by 30% (Brooking Tech), demonstrating the ability to translate business rules into functional software requirements.
- System Integration & Data Bridging: Successfully connected and managed data flows between multiple complex systems (e-commerce platforms, blockchain nodes, APIs) using middleware logic (SCP Corp).
- Operational Process Improvement: Proven track record of managing operational protocols, ensuring zero disruption during large-scale rollouts, and optimizing processes based on technical output.
Where you may struggle
- Domain Knowledge (Electrical/Mechanical Engineering): The resume lacks any direct experience with the specific domain knowledge required for transformer or electrical component design processes. This is a critical gap.
- CAD/PLM Exposure: There is no demonstrated exposure to industry-standard CAD systems (Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD) or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) technologies necessary for working with engineering data workflows and drawings.
- Engineering Calculations & Simulations: While the candidate handles data analysis, there is no evidence of supporting basic physical calculations, complex design rule validation, or running simulations within software tools, which are core responsibilities of this role.
- Deep ERP Integration: Experience is limited to e-commerce billing (Authorize.net) and general inventory management; it does not demonstrate the deep integration required with industrial ERP systems for manufacturing and supply chain processes.
